I told you what to do. Instead of changing bytes 12 and 22 from 1 to 2, change them to 4. Then, correct the checksums (decrease the checksum total by the amount you increased the page).

That should work.

I have at the moment no ecu for testing, but, can you make dis ME7.5 IMMO ON ? This is at the moment immo off, but it must be on..See Att

I have also a 06A 906 018D ECU that i can make immo off for testing, that is the old version '98

You can try to make the 018D off, and the 95040 immo on.

The 95040 says in Vcds - 01 Engine - 10 Adaptation - Channel 91 = 1 and the 018D says 4

I gave you a solution. This makes the fourth time.

Change the byte at 12 and 22 from 1 to 4. then correct the checksums. I'm not doing it for you.

It dont work my friend..I try 02 and 04 and correct the checksums.

Is it posseble that the 95040 is write protect  or something ?

And you have a sollution for immo off for the 1.8T 06A 906 018D ?

Have you verified you're actually writing the changes to the eeprom by reading it back after writing? How do you know it's not working without testing it in a car? What constitutes "not working"?

I test it with Vcds on the bench ( 08-Measeringblocks group 091 : 4 = immo on )

After write the eeprom i read the 95040 and it looks like oke, i dont know where or what is the problem.

Strange..

Yes i'm sure..01 is immo 0ff, 04 is immo on..I have check that every time and it works perfect..

Work also with TDI engines and the old TDI's 110HP, not the 90HP Golf 3 etc.

Check with VCDS and you will see a message with the cursor op 1 / 4

Please, install the ecu and try it before you assume it doesn't work.

When vcds say 01, why i must test the ecu on a car my friend Huh The immo is then 100% off!

When i see 4, then the immo is on..No car needed fot this check.

But i think you dont know where the problem is ? Same for the 06A 906 018D ecu, when i ask to make it immo off, you dont give a answer..

Maybe make sure there's a file attached! Your 24c02 is EMPTY.
