vag commander now claims that it can flash sgo files.  I'm not sure actually works in the current version though.  I don't see an option to load a sgo file yet.

doubt anyone who has figured this out will sell, very few know how or have made their own software.  ive seen countless posts on people wanting this.

The other option is to get the chinese vas-pc software and you can update the control module with the sgo file.  The whole 5054/vas pc is around $100 on ebay now.
