Most likely the reason it is pulling timing is because you are hitting TQ limiter on gearbox.
Also, hook up a wideband and verify the AFR you think you are running is what it is actually running.

Gearbox TQ limit will not show on CEL when i hit them? Only silent fight with engine ecu?
And another question, why ecu request more boost/load after gear change(example 3 to 4)? Some correction?

It most likely does not request more load, but requests more boost, because the IAT is up.

And you didnt answered first guestion, so i assume that yes - no CEL on hit a gearbox TQ limit.

try going WOT in 5th gear at about 3000 RPM and then report back

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)
