You can (maybe) distinguish hardware from tune problems by graphing "calc AFR" in ecuxplot... if it is what you expect, than ME7 is calculating the right injector on time for the air measured by the MAF, and nothing is interfering.

Could be a leak in the PCV system if its still connected to the intake. Pressure test it.

Alright, flashed that files fueling to a different stage3 (same MAF, same injectors, same intake)
.......and got the same spike. A little less pronounced, but it's there.
I assume I should scale back KFKHFM and scale up KFLF in the same area until it lines up. Any other tips?

I Reverted KFKHFM to the point where changes still made a difference, then rescaled the KFLF axis to reflect meaningful areas, and scaled it up in the problem area. Actual AFR went from 14.5 to an even 13 (much closer to requested).
I guess I'll just keep tweaking KFLF until it's inline.
Am I missing anything here guys?

I still think there might be something screwy with your FPR...
did you graph calc AFR?

I didn't. Last time I looked at calculated AFR it had insane values. I kinda stopped logging it to keep the sample rate up for more critical things. I'll add it though.

the values will be off if you dont set up maf/injector constants right.. but ultimately its not really the absolute values you are looking for; i'd look for that whacky hump ...

Nyet what's causing calculated AFR to be so far off on stage 3 cars with injectors/maf? I was just looking at different logs I have from different cars. On the stage 1/2 cars with stock fueling that calculated AFR nicely follows desired AFR and looks normal. Now on cars with fueling (stage 3 cars) the calculated AFR is always way lean like 16-18 AFR, while the desired and actual is dead on to what it should be. What is ecuxplot using to calculate the "calculated afr" and what would be throwing it off so much in the stage 3 cars with maf and fueling ?

calc AFR is derived from MAF signal and injector duty. If you dont have those set up right, of course they will be off.

Well AFR is dead on from the wideband. So basically i'm over compensating either on injector on time or on my MAF scaling? I'm using a stock RS4 MAF so I'm using the MAF tables from the rs4 file.

Wow nevermind, I corrected my MAF size and fuel injector size in the vehicle profile for ECUx and it makes alot more sense now
