Hello,

First let me say I don't like making my first post on a forum a question, just in searching I couldn't find what I was looking for, nor am I sure if I started with this post in the right sub-forum. I have an 01 Allroad Tip with ecu # 4z7907551m. Everything I read said that I would want to work with an L box code for tuning, but my ecu is already an M box. So what do I need to start with, an Mbox or an Lbox to begin writing my adjustments with?

When people say "m-box" they usually mean s4 2.7t mbox, not the allroad mbox..

What Nye said.

You want 8D0907551L for a tiptronic Allroad.

Thank you both for the quick reply's, I already have an L that I had been working with, just stopped working with it all when I found the 4z M ecu installed and wasn't exactly sure what I needed from that point.
