I'm using Maestro (yeah, I know... whatever). I haven't had an issue with this lately but I've had it happen in the past and I'm not 100% sure what I did to fix it. I think it may have something to do with MAF tables and since I've gone MAFless it's been fine.

Essentially what happens is after starting the car (and only after) it'll just begin to accelerate once it's in gear and only stops if I tap the pedal or hit the brakes or clutch.

I'd just like to know what causes this?

is it auto /manual
