I'm trying to make a check list for getting the .bin off this car without issue. Now I'm not as tech savy(as far as running programs on here) as most of you on here but I'm learning as I go. This is a wideband ecu with VVT.

1.) Which memory layout should I choose? On the reference chart I don't see a layout for this unless its no different then the TT or A3. AM29F800 seems to be the option I would choose when loading ECU info? please correct me if I'm wrong. I should have to do this in boot mode correct?

2.) at this point am I good to go? I've come across some threads that some had to pull the fuse to the cluster.

Nefmoto, non bootmode, 29F800BB. Hit CONNECT, select the FLASHING tab, load the memory layout (in the nefariousmotorsports directory), then hit FULL READ FLASH.

When it's done reading, it'll prompt you for a name to save the file as.

I went ahead a installed the latest version of nefmoto and it worked right off the bat selecting that layout Shocked. Aparently the ecu production # is 4B0906018CH (dealer either was wrong or they have a few part numbers for this particular model/year).

I jumped the gun and seems like all went well on the 29F800 not the 29F800BB 2min 30sec which is wayyyy faster then what I'm used to with maestro. Should I reread the file in other format? Or would it not connect with the wrong memory layout?

It's fine. Just use 29F800BB henceforth.
