Sharan 2.8 VR6 swap manual transmision

Hi everyone,
I am pleased to welcome all, but once I have a request.
VW Sharan 2.8 VR6 AYL after changing the transmission from automatic to manual.
I need a flash with a manual transmission.
Unfortunately there is no option to recode vcds
My original ECU are:
022 906 032 AR
0261 207 384
Please help.
