Hi ,I need to know if I can read and write to an 4D0 907 551 AH out of a 1999 V6 passat or is it need a socket and chip reader. I need to do and emissions delete

Yes, with MPPS. The emissions delete on the otherhand is not as simple as you'd hope.

I have a KessV2 slave, will that get into it via OBD ? Im just not sure if I can write without coding from its master
