no one seems to have ever tried this from my searching on the internet i just started reading all this i am under the idea that it should be similar to a golf or jetta  1.8t ecu oi tried to figure this out bouncing back and forth from tuner pro to winols much thanks

All of the 1.8T ECUs should be similar. The best thing to do is try to find a map definition file as close as possible to your ECU. Try to get one with the closest matching software numbers as possible.

You can also try contacting spen to see if he can auto generate an XDF file for you.

i had tryed that while fiddling with tuner pro but wasnt sure if it was mapped right (how do i tell?) as the various bins for 1.8t that i loaded in winols had the maps in diffrent locations ..and i wasnt sure if it was looking at a base hex address or actually at the code for byte names to locate the data
