Hello, not sure if this has been covered on here yet, wondering if anyone would know how to defeat the door and headlamp chime in the cluster, 01 aww, 032DL.

Only two ways I can find so far to defeat the annoying door and headlamp chime in the cluster.

1: Disassemble instrument cluster, rip out the chime speaker, and reassemble instrument cluster.

2: Set the clock to 24hr format (European time) via VCDS - http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/cars/vwmkIV.html
