One of my friend need to know if its possible to immo off ECU in obd mode with this tool ?

in most cases you will be able to do it BUT with the ORI tool. With that one it is like Russian Roulette

Yes vag dash can work with ME7, but i try it with other cable. It can disable immo with it.
