looking for 06A906032NL
« on: March 17, 2014, 06:46:40 AM »
when I read the org from the car thew obd 2 there was an error... when I load the modded file it has error for programing incomplete. Remove the ecu and read and write is no problem, but I need a new file to start with because of the orig bad read.
Thanks
Marty

One of the caveats of using nefmoto/clone MPPS on later mk4's.
Try this:
Write the ecu. When it finishes, leave the key off for 30 seconds.
Turn the key on. DO NOT start the car. Wait 30 seconds.
Turn the key off, then back on and check for codes.
If that doesn't work, the 032PL/LP software doesn't have this issue.

When this happens (MPPS Clone) I just write the file I just read back. Hasn't failed me yet.

i had smase issue as op after mod of file there was checksum issue. mods and checksum completed thru winols. problem solved by using mpps to fix checksums after modding inn tunerpro. took an hour tom figure out the situation.
