ME749 (Bosch ME7.4.9) Flex Stage 1/2 Maps
« on: March 17, 2014, 11:26:28 AM »
All you need to remap your Stage 1 or 2 on your flex Peugeot 207 1.6 16V Bosch ME7.4.9, including checksums addresses.
ECU 0261201965 and some variants.
KRKTE, KFMIOP, KFZW, KFZWOP, KFLF, KFMIRL, rev limits and pedal.
Enjoy.
PS.: It doesn't work on others ME749 ECUs. But if you need, I may help on maps offsets.

No, I don't have the EEPROM. If you really want, I can read it for you this week.
I have the original .hex file though.
But I can tell you that the differences are strategical only. The sensor detects ethanol and the ECU calculates using 5% ranges. Then it just make offsets to entire maps of fuel and ignition (KFWZOP). Its an offset from -3 degree up to minimal table to the entire table when it detects 0% ethanol, and it have a learning table just like fuel, by reducing ignition when detecting knocks. The fuel, beyond the learning table, it calibrates the ethanol ratio by using the lambda feedback, so it offsets the KRKTE.
Attached, the original .hex.

Thanks, it work in this.
I wonder if the map 12x16 (8b) at A0F82 could be the addional advance ignition when fueling in E85.
I'm surprise there is just more advance, not less, but it could be anything...
