I have tried all driver combos, Windows 8.1
Can someone help me out? I cant get VCDS to verify the cable test

I would delete any/all previous cables(hidden devices too), uninstall their drivers.Start fresh. Click have disk or browse and install the specific drivers from where you have them saved
