Here is a dump from a 8L0920931Ex that I bought. I can't seem to get this one to take the recode I want, i.e. 07240.
If you end up finding one for that 8L0920931J, post it up here, I would like to try it.
Also, if you have insight on the addresses for this one let us know, particularly the needle lighting - channel 19 is not available in this bin.

Hello again friend!
first of all thank you for this file . I have a number of files found here on the forum , but still could not find any 8L0920931 , so this will serve for the next experiments .
In my case I completely lost the file that had the cluster , and I had nothing to get there . The solution was to disable the immo in my EDC15 to put the car to work , and then put another file in the cluster to have the tools to work . However , from what I've noticed , it is not possible adjustments with a file that does not come from the same series, ie a 8L0920931 something. If I'm thinking correctly , your file may solve the problem ! One question : your car is a TDI PD too, right ?
Now regarding your problem , could you answer me a few questions such as :
- your old cluster was a 8l0920931J ?
- your new cluster ( and this file ) are for TDI ?
- do you know if these two files are compatible ?

When I find a file 8l0920931J I will share with you soon, of course!
I'm Portuguese and here in Portugal there are many cars like mine, but unfortunately I could not even find someone I know who has a car exactly the same and provide me the file. However, when that happens, I'll file the cluster and EDC15 of the same car. It may be that facilitates the adaptation, who knows. Regarding lighting pointers, I've tried several files, and some had activated this function, but after studying the differences still can not understand where is the difference. As soon as I learn, I will divide this information with you here, because I've seen that there are a lot of people want the same (including me!)

Best regards and sorry for my bad English!

Yes, this is a tdi pd.
It was a 8L0920931Ex from the dealer, that is what the sticker said.
