Need to remapping and wanna know what tool can/need to use.

Both S40/V40 uses same low pressure turbo engine.
ECU is Siemens Sirius 32. So i can use Renault brand to read/write ecu?

Siemens unit, obd mostly not works, go for bench flashing with manual wiring or booting. Depending on year they got AM29F200 or 400 flash.

Boot mode pins(ecu) for Siemens Sirius32/34? Chip pin is 28.
