There is code in ROM on EDC15, forget it. The correct tool will ALWAYS read it.

I know a way to block OBD reading in EDC15P file (eg 038906019HJ).
Change byte at address 0x7FF48 to 0x00.
I don't know any "real tool" but at least it blocks Byteshooter, CMD, MPPS, Optican, AVDI, Galetto, Digiflash ..

Unfortunately it blocks OBD writing too!
