Right, have a 06A906032HN 180hp.

Friend of mine gave me a 'stage 2' file that he was running. I checked it with ME7Check before flashing, and it found 1 error with the checksums. - I didn't flash it!

On the car at the moment, I'm running his 'stage 1' file. He flashed this for me with MPPS. I've been running this fine for a few months now. Anyway, I pulled the map off to try and compare it with the 'stage 2', but ME7Check also finds 1 error in this file.

I always thought that a failed checksum, wouldn't run?

Any ideas?
