Actual load over requested does NOT matter, but it can indicate that something is off elsewhere.
Interesting, good to know! I was basing what I said on some previous experiences quite a while ago with bad (too high) MAF scaling, where during part throttle/WOT (around 100+ load) I would get throttle cut and funky timing when actual load went over requested load (while act boost was in line with requested). Fixing my MAF scaling fixed those issues for me.
