How to extract PIN/SKC EDC16u1?
« on: August 08, 2014, 04:19:50 AM »
Have a friend with an Audi A3 2.0tdi, BKD engine code. How do I pull the immo data off the ECU to either find the code, or immo off the file?
I've got a standard KKL cable, Vag commander 1.4, and not having any luck.
Vag commander can read the file, but I have to tell it which address to start from. I can't find this info anywhere!

Right, had to get an auto locksmith in, he successfully pulled the pin numbers from both the original ECU and the new (used) ECU.
I've tried adaptating the ECU following the guide on Ross Tech site for immo3, but it's not playing ball!
