Hello I Have a performance problem on my car over 2 years. Im a bit desesperate  Undecided
Also have this problem in my previous setup stage 2 k03s

mods on the car are:

-Gonzo stage 3 turbo kit and tune
-Evoms Fmic
-New forge 007p DV
-Downpipe GHL 3'' / catback 2.5''
-N249 Delete (I will undelete this mods, I don't think was a good idea)

I don't have CEL but when I scan I have many time this : knock sensor G61 low signal, intermitent.

I don't have any vacc/boost leak. I think I boostleak tested my car over 5 time this summer  Tongue

when the car have not all the power (90% of the time), I can feel small hesitation, idle rough, less power in high revolution, less wheel spin in first gear and bad quarter miles. like 15.00, 14.8, 14.6, 14.5.

But one time in quarter mile run, I felt the car pull very better! easy to rev! 13.9 at 102mph

another MAF, N75, IAT, MAP, FPR 3bar, was tested and nothing in this list was faultly.

I can do data logging, graph, but I can't post anything about the .bin flash.

Thank for your help guys and sorry for my english...

Knock sensor codes will throw you in limp mode. That's your problem.

I don't recall you telling me about that code.
The PID is a mess. Big time.
Thanks for the insightful post...  Roll Eyes

The boost PID is capped because he was having a hardware issue.

knock sensor g61 replaced and torqued at 15lbs-ft. did not solve the problem

also, I have adjusted the wastgate actuator cracking pressure at 7psi, as requested by tuner.

now I got : 16487 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too High
 P0103 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

and my ESP light goes ON when I do hard pull at wot

MAF sensor was changed 1 month ago. I checked my maf wiring and look fine.

Why I got this code ?

This maybe help you

From s4wiki:

" If you do scale your MAF, you may throw a "MAF too high" code. You'll have to increase:
KFMLDMX - HFM threshhold for B_maxflr diagnosis
MLMAX - maximum airflow"
