Help with golf 150hp stage1 tune 06A906032DR

Hi, could someone be kind enough to help get me started with this?
I've been told I should be able to get this to 200hp as a stage one, which maps would I need to start with and what are the limits?

Yeah I get that, was just hoping for a quick list of maps needed, max load I should request for this engine and maybe a damos for this file.

there is xdf with all of you needed for st1
basically you can copy LDRXN & LDRXNZK from 180hp file but if you want more power - you need more maps to change
