So I got a pack of damos files, probably most of you guys here already have this and the files are old news.
Most files are BMW, Audi, VW and Porsche. Some diesel stuff too.
The file format is .a2l, .dam, .ols and .hex ?
A lot of files so I don't know where to upload. Maybe better to upload when someone is requesting.
The filenames are sometimes vauge so I don't know exactly which damos and ECU that goes together. Some says just VAG Me7.5 and so on.
Some of the Audi damos: A3 1.8t VAG Me3.8.x S4 2.7t Rs4 2.7t Allroad 2.7t Audi TT 180ps and 225ps VAG R32, VR6
I also got that DVD with a shitload of crappy tunes. But it also have original files that could be handy. But I do not recognize the file format on many files.
Hope it helps someone.

If it is the old "tuning colection CD from ebay" you have to be carefull...some files are not ECU files...
A guy in other forum had his ECU bricked with a remaped file from these CD colection, is was a BeeGees song that had a name similar to an particular file among them... you can imagine how it gone bad...

Yeah! That "crap tune DVD" is something I am not trusting.
But my damos files are not from that.
But as always you should always check a file before using it.
I have tested some of those damos in winols and it seems legit.

Start by just posting the file listing. It is probably one of those old collections that has been floating around for years. If not decades at this point.

Can you just set up a btsync for this? Seems silly to clutter the space.... daz had to do a lot of deleting before.

My vote is that we upload it offsite. That's a lot of storage, but more importantly, a lot of those damos files are wrong, or improperly paired. Let's only post stuff we have personally verified is correct. Stopping the dissemination of bad information IMHO, is just as important as sharing good I can post a few GOOD, verified OLS projects new members can learn from, I'm sure everyone else can do the same. What say you guys? Nye? Tony? NVR?

Yeah! It's better if I can upload everything at once.
And it should be really helpful if people with the know how and time could look at the files and sort them out. It could be a few gems in there.
Just say what's need to be done.

I have uploaded the files on Google drive and I could let people get access to the files.
