Hi,

i´ve read a little bit and have another question right now.

In your XDF File from the 559D File you write that the ESKONF is at position 14F9A. Is this correct? If i´m correct, than you have coded Rear O2 sensors ( because its xx xx xx 30 xx xx xx ) when 30 means 00 11 00. The first Bitpair is the Rear O2 Sensor. Am i right with this?

Thank you for your help.

And what is a DEKON module?

559D is eu-II and has no emissions whatsoever. It also has heavily suppressed fault codes using error classes.

It should work just fine. Only other thing I can think of is immobilizer, if the donor S6 was an Euro car, You probably need to disable it. Luckily there are detailed instructions for that operation here also.

Ask away if You have anything else. Seems like an interesting project. I've seen 5.2 V10 from D3 S8 put into an 1997 S6+ engine bay, we have a guy in our local Audiclub that put a 32V V8 from a D2 S8 to his B5. I have always liked these shoehorn projects.

Hi,

Flashed the car right now. The coding works fine. Thanks for your Help. I will post some pictures the next week and when it comes back from the paint shop. Its a fully equiped B5 with RS4 cluster, recaro seats, rns-e and so on. The color it will be next year is estoril blue from the RS5 oder SQ5 with mirrors and some other details in high glossy black. Really much stuff to do to get the car through the german TÜV Sad
