There is some thing wrong with bank 1. You have a timing problem with the belt or the chain or you have and ignition problem.

The misfire is causing the rich condition

- what is the plugs gapped to ?
- are the coils new from the dealer ?
- have the ignition modules  been replaced ...swap them

the cam sensor won't cause a misfire and a rich condition but the timing belt being off timing would cause a rich condition or lean condition and a misfire.
