EGT is irrelevant on E85… well… unless your fuel pump craps out. But if it does, you can't get more fuel anyway.

I was actually thinking of modifying the EGT controller on one of these things to go closed loop on load instead of just adding tons of fuel.
As EGT climbs, reduce requested load in closed loop until it drops. Seems more effective to me than just flooding the engine, but not as fast.
