I need some help about this type cluster.

The cluster dont anything, no lights, no clocks, no mileage, nothing, complete dead.

 There is no parts no on this cluster, its from a Audi TT ( TTS ) 2009, TTS cluster, CDLB engine..

 I elsa i see also : pin 5 Activate wiring canbus, what does this mean ?

 The customer buy this tacho, but dont test it in the car, so i dont now of this cluster is defect, or pinout is not oke.

 Battery positive :+30 on pin 1, pin 2, pin 18
 Battery negative : Pin 3, pin 4, pin 19
 Can L : pin 30
 Can H : pin 29
