Kess v2 tricore help files

Hi guys!
I have the help folder with help files of tricore ECUs but if I select a car with a tricore mode the sw says there is no help file, even changing language. How can I view these help guides for the tricore mode?

Download the help from Alientech Server.
If this doesn't work, get in touch with the support. They surely will help you
