i havnt been watching or messing with ME7 for some time now but i was just curious if someone might have compiled a program that will sift through an ME7 BIN and output a text file with what maps are where and a small description. i've been messing with 2.8 24V VR6 BIN file since there is no XDF out for it. i tried using ME7logger and was viewing the .ECU file in a text editor but that file is way off. i would hope for a program that spits out an XDF but im not that lucky.

Yes. PRJ created a program called maplocator. It is Java, and works well for any map/scalar that has a predefined xml in the library. You can even write your own xml's Smiley
