Is it possible to "read and write" via OBDII?

Hello!
I have two friends with Golf IV & Audi A3, the two with the AGU engine .-
They have this ecu: 06A906018CJ
Is it possible to "read and write" for OBDII with NefMoto Soft? which is the memory layout?
