That map is fucked up. It's 9x8, but only 8x8 of it is used. It took me quite a while to find/figure that out.

It looks like the cam changeover maps have the rpm axis wrong. Any thoughts on the issue?

Do not change the 300 row of this map. It's not a load limiter, it's the threshold for MAF diagnosis in kg/h. It should be calibrated so as to be roughly 30 percent in excess of your airmass. There is no need to add 30 percent to this table in a stage1/2 file, simply changing the peak (2-6000rpm, 50-100percent throttle angle) points.
Do me a favor, remove your test and out6 binaries, just post the original file in the OP.
