Just curious about my tune I have a 06a 906 032 cl 512 memory, and I want to know if it is tuned and what kind of tune it has, I bought it used and it is boosting 21 psi but it has rev limit at 6500 rpm, but i feel that it is leaning out just about @10psi (my old GIAC ecu died and it used to boost 18psi and rev limit was @ 7500rpm)?Any imputs will be much appreciated

Well the ecu is most likely tuned if it's boosting to 20+ psi. Maybe post it here and one of us can take a look.. Wink What makes you think it's leaning out?

If you can log with VagCom then the requested boost vs RPM during a WOT run should be clearly different to stock.

Or read it out using NefMoto and do a binary compare to a copy of your stock S/W or post it here for someone to examine.

Well whenever it gets to 10psi it feels like drops power, and after it goes above 10psi its just pulls like it did with the GIAC file.
I will read and copy the file and will post it,thanx

Timing pull is a little on the high side, but common for Giac tunes from my exp. The boost logs are messed up as it goes from atmospheric to 20 psi in an instant and then back down on both the spec and actual. Maybe it's the way your doing your log? It looks like you have the boost hunting as well looking at actual..

If it *is* tuned then the ODB read could be disabled by design.

I'd not be happy with those CF's if it were mine.

Can you do a clean pull from idle to redline and repost?

You will not be able to read the flash with Nefmoto if the tuner disabled reading over OBD (pretty much 90% of tuned files). This is common practice to keep "noobs" from easily reading files.

Here is a log,in this one I had just cleared fault memory,so adaptation are at 0.0,this is a clean pull from 1st - 2nd and on 3rd ran out of road so i had to cut at 5000 rpm, I did ran better. After that I noticed that the leaning out issue happens when Im cruising, and going to accel to pass a vehicle, was scoping throttle angle % and saw that it was reading 100% open but my foot was half way to the full,so I think my pedal or throttle might be defective.

As far as I know, pedal position does not always map directly to throttle position.  Think of your pedal as torque request, not throttle position.  So for example, if you held the pedal at 50% , you're requesting 50% of the engine's torque, therefore the ECU may decide to go 100% throttle based your current rpm and/or boost.  I'm a bit of a noob but was reading about that last night.
