Does this ecu have one? Does it have an eeprom I can read/flash to make them switchable if it does in fact have an immo? Thanks guys!

Thanks! I remember an APR tuned ecu preventing the car from starting a while back, but it was probably just an added security feature they implemented.

Also, if I remember correctly it is ok to flash M (Hitachi maf?) box software to an A box(Bosch maf?)ecu

Yup. As long as the rest of the car is set up to be M-box (MAF, cluster etc)

What's involved with the cluster? I'm flashing an A box with M box software. The original car came with an M box. Thanks for the help btw!

If your flashing an A box with M box software, it is then an M box. No issue, no recode.
