I am wondering how all of this works. I am wanting to tune my b5 s4 but dont know how. Everything ive read is so confusing can anoyne please help?

I am going to be getting a tune off of someone. But i dont understand how to upload it to my vehicle. I understand i need a cable and to download a program but i cant find the program to download. Its just so confusing.
