Hi

Someone should be able to help me with the EDC16U31
I`m really lost with the file I got frome my new ( old ) 2004 GOLF TDI 1.9 pd 100hp.
I just want to do a simple remap but wow my 1.8t was simple.

So , I where are the torque maps in the file ?!? :O

I think the first one is around 1C1B00 but what is the factor to bring those values down , or I am completly missing something :S

Read the info on ecuconnections.com, it will take you a few months of learning to get a good remap on a PD engine.

Or pay someone to do it. Can be risky though, many crap sellers with % mashing around these days.

well I`m reading but still missing the driver wish map ...

There is jetta ec16u31 damos publicly available. Download that and use it to find your maps if you can't find them by looking at the binary.

Hi

I got new injectors pd150 and tuned the file and it's runing really well. But in warmup my idle IQ is very low ~2.5mg any one have an idea which map controls it ?

You need to transfer injector duration maps from PD150 engine, probably SOI as well.

we did all this , and the car is runing solid as rock when driving cold & hot , idle is solid rock when at 90C but before 80C I`m gettin really low IQ when idling.

Do you know how the edc16 is managing the warmup ?
