No flash file in 98-99 didn't have immo in USA. I need that flash file so I don't have to immo off the EEPROM is a 24c02 fwiw

I have an FB ecu on hand.. Will that work? I haven't pulled the bin though. Not quite sure how to do it on that old of an ecu.
