I am trying to dump the contents of my 2004 V8 Touareg's ECU to a file to have the SKC extracted. I was looking at purchasing one of the following interfaces to get the job done: CarProg 7.28, VagDashCAN 5.14, Galletto V4, MPPS V16. Will any of these interfaces work for this purpose?

I have been searching for days for an answer to this question and I can't find anything concrete; any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
