Hi,

I was trying to read this ecu in obd mode by galletto v53 but after choosing 29f800 option it gives error  "29F400BT CHANGE DRIVER". After choosing 29f400  it recognizes 29f400bt but reading is impossible. Will reading and writing be working in bootmode? Maybe some tricks with fuses? Or maybe mpps v13 will be better for this ecu and will flash it with no issues? I don't have mpps, can buy it instantly, but was reading that there is problem with size of files read of those ecus (1024 in 29f400 and 2048 in 29f800).

My galletto should be ok, I was flashing 8E0909518AQ (A4 B7) in OBD and boot mode with absolutely no problem and there was no need to playing with fuses...

I would try to read in bootmode but I'm afraid to brick ecu and freeze car for a few days, while I have no access to direct 29Fxxx programmer and just want be sure before second try
