I have an AWW 1.8t transplanted in a 90 Corrado. The AWW had a tweaked program in it already and it ran pretty well. A friend gave me his BIN which had better deletes and launch control and no lift shift. This program was originated from some fine members of this site so nods and mad thanks for the creation. I am trying to better learn the system and increase my tuning knowledge and was using tunerpro to run some comparisons between the two BINS.
One question I have is around TMOTNMX settings. If this threshold dictates raised engine speed condition, and it's set to 105.75C, but I have a 95C thermostat that prevents the car from getting to that temp am I inhibiting optimal engine operation?
Still learning how to use me7 logger and to understand tuning in general. But it is intriguing in it's finetuneabilities for the car and I am enjoying the learning.
Attached the two BINs for folks review as well.
Thanks for any tips on the impact of the settings.
Mike
