I have a Bosch me2.8 unit in my c32 any that has some issues and needs replacing.  I have spare used me2.8 from a same year e320, but the hardware #'s are different.  They both use a single am2f9400bb chip, but will they be compatable?  I'm trying to clone my original ECU with a galletto clone, but having some issues.  Any insight would be appreciated, thank you

Here is a pic of the e320 donor ECU I'm cloning over to.  My original c32 ECU is in the car right now, I'll post a pic tomorrow.  From what I've been reading you can not disable the immo in a me2.8, so what are my options for cloning the ECU?
