Me 3.8.3 flashing

I try to connect with nefmoto throw obd2 port but it gets to last part of connecting then fails? Somebody said mpps is the way to go but I've failed to even get software working so I went ross tech cable way. Can anybody shed the light to flashing this car?

Just MPPS and you have to give programing voltagem in pin 43 (ECU) or pin 13 OBD (When there is the wire to pin 43 lol)
