I am facing the same matter as you. The fact is that you have a Boost Limiter un ECU on 8bit and the max value he can store is 255(2550mbar if you include the factor 10). So if you want to run more you can go open loop (without PID help but you can have too much boost as PID won't react to bring pressure back to 2550 ), or you can modify the ASM to change pressure factor and allow to run twice much (5100mbar e.g). This is what I've understand!

Actually you can find many thread about the 5120 hack on me7 this is what they are advicing you to read.

This is an example of open loop without changing any assembly.

What I don't get about running more boost than 2550mbar without 5120 hack is how you get that boost?

Requesting more load than the equivalent to 2550mbar? doesn't seem to be the solution, because these logs show always 191.7%
It's by running tons of deliberated overboost?

I just don't get it... for sure it's simple. Any of you mates could explain this to me?

BTW, that's not WG DC it's engine load ;-)

This is WG DC, this will obviously be dependant on what turbo you are using and what actuator.
