I've finally worked out the major bugs in my EDC15C7 ecu flasher software and have tested both bench flashing and in car flashing over obd. It's free software and if anyone has a need you can see a list of supported vehicles & download the software here: http://www.mtx-electronics.com/automotive/page.php?31

Works with most KL interfaces as long as they have a FTDI chip. You can use your current Nefmoto ME7Flasher cable Wink

Also if it's your first time playing with these ecu's in my MapAnalyzer software I have implemented a dedicated map searching feature that will find the most important maps for you and give you addresses & map names. The software can be downloaded here: http://www.mtx-electronics.com/automotive/page.php?28

I've used your map analyser software lots, and much prefer it winols when comparing maps, the only thing I wish it had is an F key to search for differences, would make searching a lot quicker

My next project for this ECU is a hand held flasher using an SD card for storage plus a cute feature that will modify the maps automatically with 1 button press Wink Here's a video of the prototype: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEaq0RK9x68

Next release I'll see about adding some basic keyboard control.

It won't be hard to get it working for VAG EDC15's because I've already figured out where the security code is in the ecu. I'm only missing a spare ecu for testing because I don't want to trash my car's when I screw up flashing and have to desolder the memory X times to get it back up and running.

Hi, I've updated the software with F-Key support for moving & diff. searching. You can download it here: http://www.mtx-electronics.com/automotive/download.php?view.9
