i can't flash the ecu on audi b7. It's can based car. i have galetto 1260 cable, it execute the ECU DATA but not READ ECU and show the error ERRORE ADDRREAD. I've ordered ross-tech cable cause it was compatible with nefmoto. Any clues if i'm the right way ?

I think MPPS and BDM are the way to go. Have you seen this thread:

i saw that thread. But i'm not sure if BDM100 will function on audi b7 (2006). I'm waiting for ross-tech cable and i'll give a try with nefmoto.

BDM and MPPS should do it no problem.

In my opinion, yes.  The BDM can read/write to the serial eeprom as well - this way you can make a complete backup of the ECU, and restore the ECU to a known working state.  The BDM can also recover from a failed flash.

It works on my 2008 ECU.  On the d-k forums, there is a thread about how to update to a later version of the AMD software, and update the "firmware" in the BDM.
