Hi Guys,

Can anyone help with these 3 errors?

Did try checksum but didn't work.

Cheers,

Nick

It's also not disabled properly.  Like, at all.  What maps do you think you have to change?

Tried me7sum and it said "Found 3 errors" and also said it hadn't fixed them. (Can't remember exactly).

Attached is a log of what I changed using TunerPro, as suggested on S4wiki.

Cheers,

Nick.

SLS is disabled properly. thats really all you need if you keep the hardware on the car.

Why disable it but keep the hardware there? Seems counterproductive. But yeah, if it's there that's right. Post uo what was wrong with me sum.

Did you bother giving it the name of an output file to use?

BTW please obey the forum rules.

In particular:

1) read the stickies
2) if you have a problem with a tool, post the output of the tool (not a screenshot if it is cmd based, but a copy/paste of the actual text)

No the pump and all ancillaries have gone..... So I need to change something else?

As I said, ME7Sum says it finds 3 checksum errors but fixes 0...

Fixed your post. Copy paste the output into your post next time.

You didn't include the command line.

Did you specify an output file?

Did you read the sticky or the FAQ for ME7Sum?

I have been trying to use me7sum in tunerpro as I can't seem to get it working in cmd. Here is my latest try, I must be doing something wrong but can't figure out what.

Yes I have spent hours on here over the last few days and have read 100's of posts over and over again trying my best to learn..... please bear with me.

Is IN0932HJ.bin in C:\ or C:\Users\nickclarke8428\Desktop\Maps\ ?

If you type the command in C:\ it will expect any files you specify in the command line in C:\

There are a ton of cmd.exe resources on the net, for example, http://dosprompt.info

No. REREAD MY POST. If you are in C:\ it expects the file to be in C:\

You have to specify the whole path to the bin in the command line, or CD to C:\Users\ .... etc first

PLEASE go through the trouble of learning how cmd.exe works, or this whole thing is going to be frustrating for everybody.
