just wondering which chip to desolder and swap to get immo transfer to spare ecu so it can start. all help appreciated.

It's an encrypted eeprom that must be used with the matching flash. Swapping it won't work.

As you can see its corroded from water damage bottom right and i got a used good ecu so id like to ideally swap what is needed.

why not just pure desolder/solder... not shy from a tricky task and bdm100 is not available atm... on loan

Because the flash is internal to the processor and it's BGA. I can't think of ANY file that would be worth the aggravation of doing that.

anyone want to identify the immo chip for me. and its not about the file rather just getting ecu going without bdm tools
