Hey all, lately ive been trying to tune ahkatmn and ahkatmx since i dont run a cat. i have all 4 02 sensors hooked up and working. readiness for 02's, heated cat ect will pass obviously but ive been having trouble modifying the the ahkat values to allow the cat to pass. ive change ahkat mn to .00 and ahkatmx to .95 . maybe im doing something wrong. I do not have a 022 906 032 eg damos available so ive been going off the euro r32 or euro toureg damos floating around. ive included a tuned file with launch control here as to share with all of you and the damos ive been using. any help appriciated.

thanks for the bump tho. im in between thinking i either am not adjusting the values at the correct offset which i believe to be 18728 and 18729 ahkatmn and ahkatmx respectively in my bin or the values im using are too low and too high. i have use the same factor as the damos and with tuner pro i numbers that appear to make sense they are 8bit and the factor is .003906. the original values were 18728 .15 ahkatmn and 18729 .40 ahkatmx. the location in the damos matches very well in 2d in winols at least to my eyes. thanks any help is very much appricated

Ok been busy this week. I'm gonna try to start playing with this during the week. Can anyone confirm that I'm in fact modifying the correct bits? Seeing as I can't flash this particular ecu thru obd it make the process of playing with it a bit more of a pain. I have to boot flash it everytime. For some reason mapps won't flash this ecu on the bench either although I've done like 4 other r32's over obd.

I believe you leave ahkatmn alone. But adjust the upper threshold adkatmx to the max value available in tuner pro. Also enter max value for ahkats and ahkatsb. S4wiki has good info on codeouts like that.

MX and MXT should be enough. I don't think your locations are correct, though.

I was looking at the file and comparing to  toureg file I have and I may have found another location for those bits. I'll post a screen shot tomorrow so you guy can see what I'm looking at.

AHKATMN: 0x18728
AHKATMX: 0x18729
AHKATS:   0x1872A
AHKATSB: 0x1872B

Looks like you've already been poking around in there.

Also, you should post original files. Looking inside that abortion you are running nearly blinded me!

Ok so this evening I set ahkatmn back to stock and maxed out ahkatmx ahkats and ahkatsb. Now ahkatsb was already maxed out so I didn't have to touch that. Again everything passed but the cat and I also threw cat efficiency codes for both banks. I'm not sure where to go from here. Thanks for all the help so far guys.

I'll log that. I assumed the measuring block in the test was ahkat I hadn't considered logging. Thanks for the guidance.
