Hi guys, i'm stucked in a bricked 32hj ecu! First i tried to flash a bin that later i noticed that wasn't cksumd correctly, and the car wouldnt start. I cannot write any other file, except in boot mode shorting pin 24 to ground, always with mpps, after boot mode the car start and after a second dies, but i'm able to rewrite the file or get ecu id in normal mode one time! After that the car cranks but wont start to another boot mode flashing. As i think the flash is written correctly but immo cuts, and i dont know how to fix it! I read/write over obd all times with mpps and my vcds cable won't work (flagged i suppose).. Any help would be highly appreciated!

Your ecu is not bricked. You need to disable or re-pair the immo. Moving thread to immo section... PLEASE READ THE STICKIES THERE.

Thanks for reply and redirect! I've already read all posts about it, but I haven' t understand how to disable immo or how to rewrite previous immo bin if i havent a dump.. I need a kkl cable and 95040 Program in order to access the immo memory location, but how it overwrite by a bad flash? Isn't there any how to do it like on EDCs platform, all over entire flash writing?

What's the original sw #'s and version? Why not just write that back? If you need a complete file get one from the original file section. As long as the ecu is originally from the car and you are using the correct Immo version software it should be as easy as writing the original file back to the ecu in bootmode. Cross flashing different software versions without knowing what versions will work will result in this mess.

1 start and then bricked again is still bad sums. not because of unpaired immo.

it sounds like a combo of the 2 to be honest. starts and cuts off, then bricked. but who knows what some of these people do.

I think he's trying to flash the "wrongly checksummed file" back onto the ECU time and time again. I think that this "wrongly checksummed file" is actually a Stage X file stolen from someone and he's wanting to use it without doing any work.
But, that's probably a conspiracy.

I'm not currently on pc i will be on later to attach files! The car was buyed with a mapped file already on it, i've previously made some smoothings and flash no problems! I was using ecm titanium as tuning Program, that auto correct cksums, the latest was tuned in tunerpro and i forgot to save it over another trying that hadn't been cksumd with als and nls added! The stock file i trying to flash is downloaded from here!

Ok here we are the ecu is:
Bosch 0261207436 1037362287
files are in order: nefmotostock.bin the file that i'm trying to recover in bootmode all times, as intended stock file downloaded fro here. mapped is the file originally found on ecu, when car was buyed smoothed is a little mod to mapped same written and no problems latest corrupted is the file that create this problems
txts are cksum reports.
I always trying to recover to stock file, and only then put on a modified

The mapped one contains modified code. Why? I thought you added NLS to the smoothed one? So you're trying to write an ORI to the car when the "mapped" one was the original, but it has modified code?
Who mapped it previously? I think you're flashing a wrongly checksummed file AND because you're flashing the ORI back on, it's triggering the IMMO because the previous map was Revo or similar where the EEPROM is tied to the flash.
It's a compound of errors. Also, why have you added NLS? Do you have rods?

The smoothed is a mod of modded, because the car had a unlinear boost, and worked well. Yes the mapped one was the map that i found on car, and i don't know who, a tuner from Milan here in Italy, the vendor said that the tuner was his friend that worked in vw. comparing maps in hex editor there are a lot of undefined sectors! but why if i try to restore the mapped in boot mode it won't start at all? if i immo off the stock bin and then upload again the mapped one should work? edit: nls was added only at lastcorrupted bin

Why immo off? It's a waste of time when it can work.
If you flash the mapped one back on - the one that the car came with, there should be no issue. I don't know why there is modified code though, which makes me think that the original tune has some sort of protection that is stopping the car starting.
Personally, I'd start with the original file and a matching original EEPROM and start from there. There's too much chopping and changing files and you don't know where they're from.
Also, do you have rods? NLS is NOT needed on a standard car. You'll destroy it.

Ok i've tried with the map the car come with, same as nefmoto map, car starts but shuts immediately! whats next? as the vendor said car already have rods and pistons, nls doesn't interest in this moment i only trying to start the car properly!

Either flash an original matching EEPROM or attempt to recode the ECU, but I doubt it'll work. So you'll need to use an ORI and a matching EEPROM.
