Stop fucking around with other peoples files. It is NEVER a good idea.

I don't know how many times this has to be said.

If you aren't comfortable flashing the eeprom, purchase a complete stock ecu.

To be fair, I think you've got a fair grasp with only 9 posts, you've managed to read and write (in bootmode), which is an achievement usually!).

There will be a matching EEPROM and file in the requests section I'd've thought, have a search. Smiley

Sorry. Frustrated because normally noobs start with other people's tunes thinking it will help them, and it always ends up in tears.

In that case, you have some reading to do, and need to find a copy of a stock eeprom/flash pair.

The only thing that i found confusing  is regarding adaption!
In a few posts someone told that is possible to flash the new eeprom and inject vin and immo bytes later via vagcom, but as the key and cluster doesnt match infos stored on new 95040, wouldn't this block obd function? So i need to put all those first via hex editing reading the current eeprom and put the new one already matched or i'm mistaken?

Hi all, i had my vag cable yesterday and after some frustrations getting bootmode i've managed to revive the car! I don't know why but after i've installed drivers related to cable it won't bootmode anymore, so i put on a virtual machine and it work like a charm even out of vm itself.
So i will thank all you for help, here is the eeprom that i read from ecu if someone is interested to take a look at !  Grin
